A grade eight student of Ashoka Vidyalaya Colombo Senuk Rehan Uhas participated for the First Lion City Cup Karate Championship 2023 held in Singapore and 34 boys and girls from Sri Lanka and 7 countries participated for this tournament. The tour was organized by Sri Lanka Schools Karate Do Federation with the guidance of Ministry of Education.
Senuk won a Bronze Medal in Kumite in the age group of under 13 and weight category of 45-55kgs and brought honour and glory to his Alma Mater and his motherland.
