A shooting incident has been reported in the Korathota area in the Nawagamuwa Police Division this morning.
The police said that, the shooting was carried out by two unidentified men who had arrived on a motorcycle and has fired gunshots into the air in front of a building materials store.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Nawagamuwa Police.
