The Colombo Air Symposium (CAS) 2023 will commence today (9) at Eagles’ Lakeside Banquet and Convention Hall in Attidiya, under the patronage of Chief of Presidential Staff and President’s Advisor on National Security, Sagala Rathnayake and Air Force Commander Air Marshall Udeni Rajapaksa.
‘CAS 2023’ is a significant event on the Sri Lanka Air Force calendar and the only knowledge sharing platform in the country to dialogue the outcomes of research and development of worldwide intellectuals in the field of aviation.
‘CAS 2023’ is intended to reach a broader audience this year in preparing the research papers from a multitude of disciplines, including our sister services, the Ministry of Defence, National security ‘think tanks’, foreign service professionals of Sri Lanka and friendly foreign militaries, stimulating a rich and far-reaching thought process, to realise the challenges at present and of the future.
