The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) and the Nidahas Janatha Sabhawa (Freedom People’s Congress) have decided to hold their May Day celebrations in Kandy this year.
It is planned to hold the SLFP May Day Rally in front of the Central Market in Kandy.
Kandy District Member of Parliament Wasantha Yapa Bandara said that the May Day event of the Freedom People’s Congress will be held at the Sahas Uyana in Kandy.
