Police Special Task Force (STF) arrested a suspect with 24 grams of heroin in his possession at Grandpass, Colombo on Wednesday.
He is a 48-year-old resident of Colombo 15, police said.
The raid was conducted by the officers of the STF camp in Gonahena on a tip-off received.
Grandpass Police are conducting further investigations.
