With reference to our page one story published on December 7 under the headline “Mt.Lavinia Magistrate summoned to HC over missing case file”, it was mentioned in the report that summons was issued against Mt.Lavinia Magistrate Kosala Senadeera to appear before Colombo High Court on April 2, 2024 to testify over a missing case file. According to the order of the Colombo High Court, it should be corrected as summons was issued against the former Mt.Lavinia Magistrate Dharshika Wimalasiri to testify over the records of the identification parade carried out on May 27 in 2008.
