A 17-year-old motorcyclist reported dead after crashing into an electricity pole on the byroad.
The police said that, he was traveling from Thewatta towards Dambuwa Junction in Ragama had reportedly lost control of the bike, veered off the road, and crashed into an electricity pole on the byroad.
Following the admittion to Ragama Hospital, the victim has succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was a 17-year-old resident of Kandaliyadda Paluwa, Ragama.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Ragama Police
