One person dead, and eight others were left injured following a two bus accident in the Panliyadda area of Melsiripura last night (17).
The accident occurred when a bus travelling from Colombo to Trincomalee collided head-on with a bus travelling from Batticaloa to Colombo, said the Police.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Melsiripura Police.
