Two RDA workers die in van collision

Two men travelling on a motorcycle were killed on Monday evening after it collided with a van at Arachchikattuwa.

The two men who died in the accident have been identified as Jude Linus, a resident of Nalladarankattuwa Ihala Attangana and K. A. Premaratne, a resident of Welipalassa, Arachchikattuwa.

However three girls were drowning and and residents of the area who rescued them had admitted the three girls to the hospital.

However, two of them had succumbed later. The deceased have been identified as 13 and 14 year old girls, residents of Kurunegala.
