Unisyst Engineering PLC has informed the Colombo Stock Exchange by letter dated April 9, 2024 that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka has granted their approval to delist the shares of Unisyst Engineering PLC from the Official List of the Colombo Stock Exchange. This will be at an exit offer price per share.
“The Offer Letter will be sent to the shareholders shortly,” Unisyst Engineering said in a filing to the Stock Exchange.
