The Institute for Development of Community Strength (INDECOS) based in Matara, conducted 10 Workshops to increase voter literacy among females in Weligama, Matara, Devinuwara and Dikwella, through the traditional ‘Kolam’ dance form.
The ‘Kolam’ dance performance was choreographed by Kalabushana A.V.S. Ranasinghe and performed by troupe of 5 dancers.
