Distribution of stationery and vouchers to schoolchildren and dry rations to pregnant mothers organised by the Welfare Society of Wekada East, Eluwila Panadura, took place on Sunday, at Constant De Fonseka Memorial Hall at Kosgas Handiya, Eluvila. Senior members of the society were also felicitated on this occasion.
Society President Manjula Gamaariya, Teacher of Panadura Balika Vidyalaya Thushari Wathsala, General Manager of Sunshine Company Tilak Fernando, Arpico Finance Legal Officer Upul Hemantha, Engineer I. Nalaka and Businessmen Ajith Kumara and Ajantha Fernando were present.
