During the special operation ‘Yukthiya’ conducted by the Sri Lanka Police and its Special Task Force (STF) in 24 hours, the following quantities of narcotics were seized.
The narcotics that were seized had 160g of heroin, 152g of crystal methamphetamine (Ice), 10kg 745g of cannabis and 683 narcotic pills.
A total of 625 suspects have been arrested during the operation.
