‘An Angel Arrives’ wins international awards

The film won the first place in the children/family category while bagging awards for the best music score and a special jury award at the festival.

The touching movie carrying a strong social message was produced by Janaki Hill and directed by Samantha Wijesinghe while Athula Edirisinghe created the music scores.

Students, teachers and members of ADTF contributed to the whole movie in all departments, so the success we achieved must be attributed to team work, commitment and hard work, producer Janaki Hill said.
