MP Rohita levels questions at Opposition leaders

Kalutara District Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Parliamentarian Rohitha Abeygunawardena said in Parliament that he would support the leaders who are asking for power from the Opposition if they give clear answers to some of the questions he asks.

Do the leaders you say have the ability to reduce the electricity bill? Can the price of oil be reduced? Can the price of essential goods be reduced? Can the price of gas be reduced? he said these are the some of the questions.

“Will you increase the salaries of public and private sector servants? Do you stand for professional rights? Please explain how to do these things. If anyone answers these questions, we will support and raise our hands, no matter who the leader is,” he said.
