UNP to launch major programme after May 1

Former United National Party (UNP) Minister Navin Dissanayake said that the party will launch a major programme to strengthen the party after May 1. He was speaking at a press conference at the UNP headquarters in Sirikotha.

Food inflation rate which was 54.4 percent in February has reduced to 46.6 percent in March. By December, it will be possible to bring this rate to around 10 percent.
