Outgoing Defence Attaché at Namibia HC pays farewell call on Navy Commander

The outgoing Defence Attaché at the High Commission of Namibia in New Delhi and accredited to Sri Lanka, Brigadier General Titus Simon paid farewell call on Navy Commander Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Navy Headquarters yesterday(20).
