People’s Bank branches in Hambantota to open today for Aswesuma

All People’s Bank branches in the Hambantota district will remain open today as normal for the opening of Aswesuma bank accounts, said Hambantota District Secretary H. P. Sumanasekera. He said that arrangements will be made to open the People’s Bank branches in the district on Sunday too, if the need arises. The District Secretary has notified all Divisional Secretaries to make the public and the officials aware of this decision through Facebook pages and WhatsApp groups of relevant Divisional Secretariats.
