Sylvestrians CC win by six wickets

Ina Kandy District Cricket Association – Division III Tournament game played at Prisons grounds Pallekele afew days back, Sylvestrians Cricket Club were able to beat Black Eagle Cricket Club by six wickets. Black Eagle CC bating first were all out for 187 runs in 40.4 overs, Janaka Wijedasa scored 39 and Paveen Amarasinghe took 3 for 40 , and two wickets each by Prageeth Ekanayake and Movidu Blasooriya. In reply Sylvestrian CC scored 188 for 4 in 18 overs, Naveen Amarasinghe scored 58, Sasantka Nawathna 33 not out and U.AN.B. Ekanayake 31.
