Exterminators PLC, Asia’s first ‘Great Place to Work’ certified pest Management Company announced that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row.

The certification was awarded after an independent audit and certification process conducted by the renowned organisation Great Place to Work (GPTW), which evaluated our company across various focus areas.
Exterminators PLC excelled in the Trust Index, scoring high points in all focus areas during the certification process. This is a testament to the company’s dedication to creating a comprehensive value proposition for its employees.
Their scores in key focus areas are as follows: great place to work statement (97%), team and equity (96%), leadership behavior and justice (95%), corporate image (93%), engagement, fairness, pride, and fairness (92%), integrity, credibility, competence, and communication (91%), caring, community, camaraderie (90%), respect and support (89%), hospitality (88%), innovation and collaboration (86%), and personal job and impartiality (84%).
One of their notable achievements is the staff retention rate of 100% and the attrition rate of 0% in the past 12 months.
To further support their employees, they have implemented several initiatives, such as increasing wages in the range of 25%–100% since January 2022, introducing inflationary and disciplinary allowances, providing two meals a day for technical and minor staff, and offering financial support for education. Additionally, they have sponsored skill development programmes to enhance capacity within their workforce.
The company also held its ‘Pest Awards 2023’ to recognise and appreciate its employees.

According to the latest statistics, the company boasts an impressive 100% representation of women in its operations division, with 91% of in-house staff, 57% of managers and assistant managers, 50% representation in both sales and marketing roles and 50% of the senior leadership team being women.
