All Island Quirath and Hifz competition awards ceremony

The Cultural Centre of Iran’s Embassy in Colombo had organised Milad-Un-Nabi Celebration and All Island Quirath and Hifz Competition Awards Ceremony was held at the Cultural Centre Auditorium recently. It was held under the patronage of Cultural Counsellor Dr. B. Moazami Goodarzi.

Chief Guest Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) Leader MP Rauff Hakeem, along with Iran’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka Dr. Ali Reza Delkhosh and Cultural Counsellor Dr. B. Moazami Goodarzi distributed awards and certificates to the winners.

Chief of Economic and Consular Section Embassy of Iran K. Soheil, Chief of Political Section Seyyed Mostafa Hashemi, Senior Journalist Colombo Times Chief Editor Mohammad Rasooldeen, Madarasathul Hudhaa Principal Ustaadh Qari M. Nuhman Athas were also present.
