ICC Directors Board meeting at Ahmedabad tomorrow

International Cricket Council (ICC) Director’s Board meeting is scheduled to be held on November 21 in Ahmedabad after the world cup final and all the top officials of ICC have arrived Ahmadabad to see yesterday’s final.

Among the officials Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Chief Executive officer Ashley de Silva and SLC President Shammi Silva were invited to see the final while former Sri Lanka world cup winning captain Arjuna Ranatunga was also there to see the final. Traditionally all world cup winning team captains are invited to see the final and there was a special function for past captains yesterday at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Among the main tropics at ICC Board Directors meeting on 21st Sri Lanka cricket suspension issue will get priority while the programs to focus on ICC full member countries also will included for this ICC meeting. In addition inclusion of the cricket at 2023 Los Angeles Olympics also one of the main topics at the meeting.

With this SLC suspension whether to conduct Under 19 world cup in Sri Lanka next January and February will be discussed at the meeting.
