Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council cricket champs

Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council cricket team emerged champions of the Ratnapura District Public and Semi Government Service cricket tournament.

Many men’s and women’s cricket teams participated in this cricket tournament which was held at the Mahapola Stadium in Pelmadulla recently.

Accordingly, Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council cricket team won the cricket tournament while Pelmadulla Pradeshiya Sabha emerged runners up.

Pelmadulla Pradeshiya Sabha won the Women’s Cricket Championship and the Pelmadulla Divisional Secretariat emerged runner-up.

There were also cash prizes and trophies for the champions and runner-ups.
