Saudi Embassy participates in diplomatic charity bazaar

The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Colombo participated in the diplomatic charity bazaar on Saturday (2), organized by the Foreign Ministry, the proceeds of which will go to the Lady Ridgeway Government Children’s Hospital in Colombo.

Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Sri Lanka, Khalid bin Hamoud Alkahtani stated that there was a great demand for the products and exhibits in the Saudi stall in the bazaar this year. He said that in addition to the Saudi products, there was Saudi food which bazaar visitors were keen to enjoy.

He said that the Saudi Embassy in Colombo will continue to participate in such charitable bazaars in the future as well.
