Surenthiran Shylolibavan wins gold

Surenthiran Shylolibavan of the Faculty of Management and Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration of the University of Colombo has won three Gold Medals.

He received the awards from Vice Chancellor Chandrika Wijeratna at the 2019 Convocation Ceremony of the University of Colombo held at the Bandaranaike International Conference Hall recently.

He is the son of freelance photo journalist Surenthiran and retired teacher Nanthiny Surenthiran. A past student of Colombo Royal College.

Three Gold Medals are for Chartered Institute of Marketing, Sri Lanka Gold Medal for the Best Performance in Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Degree Programme, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Gold Medal for the Best Performance in Financial Accounting of the Bachelor of Business Administration Degree programme and The Amana Bank Gold Medal for the Most Outstanding Performance in Services Marketing in the BBA in marketing.
