14 sluice gates of Rajanganaya reservoir opened

Due to heavy rains 14 sluice gates of Rajanganaya reservoir have been opened and 15500 cubic feet of water per second is released into Kala Oya. Due to this, traffic on the Giribawa – Rajanganaya road has been disrupted and the road has been temporarily closed.
