Shasheendra Rajapaksa has assumed the role left vacant following the passing of State Minister Sanath Nishantha. Rajapaksa took oaths as the new Irrigation and Water Supply State Minister before President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday (31), at the Presidential Secretariat.
