Asgiriya Prelate turns 82 today

Mahanayake Thera of the Asgiriya Chapter Most Ven. Warakagoda Sri Gnanarathana Thera will turns 82 today. Born on March 18, 1942, he entered monkhood on April 7, 1955 at the age of 13.

He was appointed as the 22nd Mahanayake Thera of the Asgiriya Chapter on April 8, 2016, by the Karaka Sangha Sabha of the Asgiriya Chapter. (AK)
