E. B. Creasy and Company informs that one of its subsidiaries Laxapana Batteries PLC has completed the acquisition of BlueScope Lysaght Lanka (Private) Limited.

In an disclosure to Colombo Stock Exchange on February 28, 2024 they inform that the acquisition of BlueScope Lysaght Lanka (Private) Limited (BlueScope) had been completed by the Company’s Subsidiary, Laxapana Batteries PLC (Laxapana) on March 15, 2024 as per the terms and conditions set out in the Share Purchase Agreement entered into between Laxapana Batteries PLC and BlueScope Lysaght Lanka (Private) Limited.
