ASUS unveils Zenbook premium laptops
ASUS Sri Lanka recently unveiled a range of cutting-edge laptops designed to enhance productivity and gaming experiences.
The event, held at the Lotus Ballroom, Shangri-La Colombo, showcased the new Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405), Zenbook DUO and the 2024 ROG Strix laptops.
The Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405) is a premium ultra portable OLED laptop powered by the AI-powered Intel Core Ultra 9 processor. It boasts a 75 Wh battery, top-tier Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, and Intel graphics, offering seamless connectivity through Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The laptop features a vivid FHD+ ASUS Lumina OLED 60Hz touchscreen, super-linear speakers, face login, and an FHD IR camera with a physical shutter. Sustainability is a key focus, with the use of recycled materials for the laptop and packaging, along with US military-grade durability testing.
The Zenbook DUO (2024) UX8406 is the world’s first ultraportable laptop with two 14-inch FHD+ 60 Hz OLED touchscreens. It features an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor, up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory, up to a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and a Harman Kardon-certified Dolby Atmos audio system. The laptop offers versatile user modes and includes a detachable full-size Bluetooth ASUS ErgoSense keyboard and touchpad.
The 2024 ROG Strix laptops, including the Strix SCAR 18, feature the mini LED ROG Nebula HDR Display and the Intel Core i9 processor 14900HX. These laptops are equipped with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU with 175W max TGP, along with Tri-Fan technology and Conductometer Extreme liquid metal for intelligent cooling.
