Three teenagers killed in train, motorbike collision

Three youths in the age group of 17 to 19 were killed when their motorcycle crashed into a moving train at the railway crossing at Pinthaliya in the Rathgama Police division. The rider of the motorcycle was killed on the spot, while the pillion riders were pronounced dead after being admitted to the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital.

Police said the victims are residents of Kekillamandiya in Galle.

the bodies have been kept at the hospital morgue and Rathgama Police are conducting investigations
