NCCSL organises workshop on ‘Beauty and Wellness’ on Aug. 7
The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka has introduced the Women’s Forum with the mission to, ‘Inspire & empower women towards sustainable economic growth and create a strong voice and impact for equality’.
The primary focus of the forum is to foster women entrepreneurship, capacity building, adaptation to technology, advocate for wellness & health as well as encourage environmental sustainability and climate initiatives.
As the initial workshop by the Women’s Forum, a session titled ‘Beauty & Wellness from the Inside Out’ has been organised in collaboration with Janet Sri Lanka. This session will be conducted in Sinhala medium and scheduled on August 7 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the National Chamber Auditorium, D. R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The workshop will consist of two sessions, Self-care, Health and wellness of women by Colombo University Indigenous Medicine Faculty Department Head Prof. Kaumadi Karunagoda and Enhancing Beauty, presented by a professional beautician from Janet Beauty Products.
Key Focus Areas are skincare routines for radiant and healthy skin; makeup techniques to enhance natural beauty self-care and health practices for holistic wellness to build inner confidence. The event will also include a demonstration session.
This free workshop is ideal for women of all ages interested in beauty and wellness, beauty enthusiasts looking to enhance their knowledge and anyone seeking inspiration and empowerment to embrace their unique beauty.
