To enhance Educational ties between Malaysia and Sri Lanka, Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) organised a ‘Study in Malaysia Education Fair’ in Colombo and Kandy in August. The event, hosted by Mway Pvt Ltd, provided Sri Lankan students with direct access to Malaysia’s top Universities.
EMGS, in collaboration with Malaysia’s leading Higher Education institutions, offered students opportunities to pursue quality international education at affordable costs. The fair included one-on-one sessions with University representatives, application assistance, and insights on Scholarships.
Malaysia remains a top choice for international students, known for its high-quality Education, multicultural environment, and reasonable living expenses. Sri Lanka ranks among the top 10 countries with the highest number of applicants to study in Malaysia, with a 19% increase in interest since 2023. Participating Universities included Asia Pacific University, Nilai University, Raffles University, Segi University, and University of Cyberjaya.
