We are ready to build a “Rich Country, a Beautiful Life” a beautiful future

Former member of the Uva Provincial Council of Jathika Jana Balawegaya (JJB) Samantha Vidyaratne said that the JJB is ready to build a beautiful life, a beautiful future and a prosperous country for all citizens of this country.

He said this while addressing an election rally organised by JJB Monaragala District Union under the theme “Rich Country, a Beautiful Life” on the last 29 in the Madulla and Bibila areas.

Vidyaratne added that people of the country have deposited their votes at wrong banks.

“You have been depositing your votes in the wrong bank for so long. 6.9 million Votes were deposited in the SLPP bank. All the customers are now waiting to deposit their votes in JJB Bank. Many people who were with Sajith’s side have come to our side. They are warmly welcome. You are assured to deposit your vote in JJB Bank. We are giving you the message that we are ready to build a beautiful life, a beautiful future, a prosperous country with interest that you can be happy with. Deposits in wrong banks will result in losses,” he added.

When concerning the capabilities of presidential candidates, it is clear that most of the candidates have no eligibility for contesting the election.

He said that the present president Ranil Wickremesinghe is in parliament for 47 years. Most loans were obtained during Ranil’s tenure but he failed to address the issues of the people.

“Ranil will not leave the parliament even though he is 74 years now. He is holding it like a genie. This time it is the last one. Wickremesinghe got the place because of JR,” he added.

“Unlike the others, the JJB candidate Anura Dissnayake is a man of your class. He is a man of our country. The man with the injury feels the pain of the injury. Sajith and Ranil have no injuries. They have adopted family politics. Unfortunately, the people of the country were giving power to a few families for 76 years. The Senanayake families, Bandaranaike families, Rajapaksa families, even the Premadasa families. All these family politics, it has just messed up our country. From 2024, people’s power will be enacted in this country. For that, ordinary people should be sent to parliament and provincial councils by voting for JJB. We are ready to build people’s power,” Vidyaratne said.
