Uniforms for the Dhamma School (Daham Pasal) teachers

Cabinet of Ministers has approved to grant a total annual allowance of 7,500/-, i.e. a teacher allowance of Rs.5,000/- and uniform allowance of Rs. 2,500/- , to the Dhamma School (Daham Pasal) teachers representing all the religions in the year 2025.

Annual teacher allowance of Rs. 5000 has been paid to the Buddhist, Hindu, Islam, Christian and Catholic Dhamma schools to encourage them and in appreciation of their services.

In addition to said allowance a uniform was provided for the Dhamma school teachers until year 2022 and at present, the program for providing uniforms has not been implemented. .
