Thirty-seven independent groups place cash deposits for Parliamentary polls
The Election Commission announced that 37 independent groups have placed their cash deposits for the General Election scheduled for November 14.
These groups have placed their cash deposits between September 25 and October 1.
The main districts with the highest number of deposits are Batticaloa (7), Jaffna (04), Digamadulla (4) and Trincomalee (3).
