A special meeting between Party Secretaries and the Election Commission (EC) is scheduled to be held today (15) at the EC office in Rajagiriya, regarding the upcoming Parliamentary Elections 2024.

This is the first time that Party Secretaries will be meeting the EC after the announcement of Parliamentary Elections 2024.

The discussion will focus on the minimum amount a candidate can spend and the Dos and Don’ts governing the election campaigning period for Parliamentary Elections 2024, and the related Gazette to be issued thereafter, the EC stated
