Trump Advisors speculate ‘Democrats Are Trying to Replace Kamala’

Two top advisors to former President and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump speculated that Vice President Kamala Harris might be replaced as the Democratic nominee on Monday.

The discussion began when Donald Trump Jr. shared a clip of former President Bill Clinton arguing that Laken Riley, a Georgia woman murdered by an illegal immigrant earlier this year, would still be alive today if the immigrant had been “properly vetted.”

Clinton said as much after dinging Trump for tanking a compromise immigration bill earlier this year, but an edited version clip nevertheless went viral on the right Monday.

“Even Slick Willy knows that Border Czar Kamala Harris is responsible for allowing the illegal alien who murdered Laken Riley into our country!” declared Trump Jr. on X, formerly Twitter, while sharing the clip of Clinton.

“The only plausible explanation here is that this is a 3D chess move to get Dems to drop Kamala in the waning days and substitute in CROOKED HILLARY!” replied Jason Miller, a senior advisor to the Trump campaign. “She’s running!”

Stephen Miller, another senior advisor to the Republican nominee, then quote-tweeted the other Miller’s seemingly somewhat facetious tweet to pour more fuel on the fire of the baseless rumor.

“Lots of DC gossip that Democrats are trying to replace Kamala,” he commented. “This would explain the aggressive counter-programming from Biden and Clinton. Explosive new plagiarism scandal adds even more pressure for a change at top of ticket.” (MEDIA ITE)
