NDF has a robust team to win election – Ranil Wiladdarage

New Democratic Front candidate for Kesbewa electorate Ranil Wiladdarage said that honest individuals should be sent to the Parliament at the upcoming Parliamentary Election.

He was of the view that the results of the Parliament Election will differ from that of the Presidential Election.

Speaking at a meeting held at his office in Piliyandala, Wiladdarage said that the choice made by the people during the Presidential Election driven by emotion, can be considered justifiable from the perspective of the people.

“When decisions are driven by emotions, the underlying truth remains obscured. In the upcoming General Election, voters will select a candidate who is capable of collaborating effectively with the community”, he said.

“The NDF has presented a robust team of individuals dedicated to serving both society and the nation, prioritising the needs of the people”, he said.

He said that the outcome of the General Election is anticipated to be more favourable for the New Democratic Front compared to the results of the Presidential Election.

He thanked the people and the supporters who voted for the NDF at the last Presidential Election.

“It is necessary to take the United National Party forward under the leadership of former President Ranil Wickremesinghe by reorganising the party that produced talented leaders”, he said.
