The programme highlighted five critical areas that will advance the country’s smart climate programmes and funding opportunities, with the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
County Executive Marc Elrich, head of the Montgomery County Council said that the Montgomery County Council has prepared plans to reduce the carbon percentage of the atmosphere by 80 percent by 2027 and by 100 percent by 2035.
