Plantation sector will ensure NPP victory – Kitnan Selvaraj

Those working in the plantation sector, are lining up to make a unique contribution to the victory of the National People’s Power in the upcoming Parliamentary Elections.

President of the All Ceylon Plantation Workers’ Union, Kitnan Selvaraj representing the party from Badulla district, emphasised this while joining the Sirasa Pathi Kada (profile) programme yesterday morning (30).

He also stated that this election would end the generational politics that had conquered the plantation community throughout its 200-year history.

He pointed out that the people strongly oppose the Thondaman generation and everyone related to it, who have been conducting politics by deceiving the people in the plantations.
