Dr. Edirisinghe said: “As we look back on our journey, I am proud of the impact we have made in healthcare through the dedication of our HR team.”
“We have graduated over 5,000 nurses and organised more than 250 workshops contributing to the development of human capital in the healthcare sector. Our focus on sharing knowledge is clear in the 100+ conferences and research forums we have hosted, all thanks to the commitment of our small but hardworking HR team. Even though we have worked with limited resources, our staff has been the driving force behind our success.”
