CSE approves listing Vallibel Finance debt securities

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved in principle an application for listing the debt securities of Vallibel Finance PLC Vallibel will initially issue 20,000,000 Listed, Rated, Subordinated, Unsecured, Redeemable Debentures with an option to issue up to a 10,000,000 of said debentures at the discretion of the Company in the event of an oversubscription of the initial tranche.

This is to raise up to a maximum amount of LKR 3,000,000,000.
