DIG Thalduwa Out, SSP Manathunga In for Police Media Unit

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) K.B. Manathunga has been appointed as the new Director of the Police Media Division and Police Spokesman, replacing DIG Nihal Thalduwa.  SSP Manathunga has been transferred from the Kantale Division to assume this role.
