Ten media veterans to be honoured at Sri Lanka Press Assn. anniversary convention

Ten veteran media personalities who have rendered a yeoman service to the journalism field are to be honoured at the 69th anniversary convention of the Sri Lanka Press Association and the D. F. Kariyakarawana Memorial Journalism Awards tomorrow (17) at the Sri Lanka Foundation Auditorium.

The veterans who are to be felicitated are Daya Lankapura, V. Thanabalasingham, J. Sheela Wickramarathna, P. B. Ilangasinghe, Upali Arambewala, N. M. Ameen, Stanley Samarasinghe, S. S. Selvanayagam, Thusitha Malalasekara and Alexander Balasuriya.
