Cabinet nod to present the 2026 Draft Appropriation Bill to Parliament

Cabinet approval has been granted to publish the draft Appropriation Bill for the 2026 financial year in the Government Gazette and present it to Parliament for approval. 

According to the government, the Attorney General’s clearance has been received in this regard.

As such, the proposal presented by the President, in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, on the draft Appropriation Bill has received a Cabinet nod. (Newswire)
