Public help sought to find missing 49 yr old man

The Police have sought public assistance to find a man reported missing from Mawanella since 14 July 2025.

According to the Police, a probe has been launched following a complaint filed by the man’s wife at the Mawanella Police Station.

The missing man is a 49-year-old resident of Galatara. 

The public with information on the missing man has been requested to contact the Police via the hotlines 071 – 8591418 or 035 – 2246222. (Newswire)
