Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya Retires as Chief of National Intelligence 

Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya today (27 October) officially retired from his post as Chief of National Intelligence upon reaching the age of 60 years. A distinguished Sri Lanka Army officer, he was instrumental in strengthening the country’s intelligence network and inter-agency coordination since becoming the CNI in January this year. (Defense)
