CBSL rates: Minor depreciation for rupee

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated slightly against the US Dollar today (12 March), compared to Wednesday.

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped slightly from Rs. 307.18 to Rs. 307.17 while the selling rate has slightly increased from Rs. 314.86. to Rs, 314.87.

However, the Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, while it has appreciated against Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
