Gamini clinches singles title

Gamini Dissanayake, the singles event champion receiving his award and certificate from Neshan Gunasekera Chairman of SSC Tennis House Committee, while Dinusha Wijesuriya – ITF Tournament Referee looks on.
Gamini Dissanayake emerged champion at the Uniqlo Wheelchair International tennis tournament haled at SSC courts yesterday. The tournament was conducted on the 12th consecutive year while six countries took part in this event.
At the finals, the home and home affair between Gamini Dissanayake and Ranjan Dharmasena, Dissanayake made a three-setter game 6/3, 4/6, 7/5 to win the title. (D.R)
